Prinsengracht Hotel Amsterdam

Front desk receptionists were warm and helpful, and the staff was really nice and helpful overall. the hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance of key spots. the room had a great view and a comfortable bed.

A few disappointments during my xmas stay. the lack of mention about the steep steps at the hotel entrance was a problem for my mother with mobility issues.

The hotel is located on a pretty canal, close to transportation and the center of the city with museums and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

All good.

I came to Amsterdam for a couple of nights - everything was great. Although some of the staff were poor, I had a comfortable stay.

It was a very nice experience, I loved staff and location. I was offered a marvellous breakfast with lovely cheeses.

Historic canal location, beautiful interior, friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet.

It was a great place to stay, located in the heart of the city. You could easily walk to all of the popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was situated in a safe and lively area with a lovely garden and canal views.

The noise levels at night were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Quaint hotel, staff were attentive and the location was fantastic right in the heart of Amsterdam. Silent room, decent sized complete with views onto the canal, TV, loved it. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus...

This hotel was a great find for the price! The location in the wonderful museum quarter was perfect, right on the most beautiful canal. Our room had a lovely garden view, and the queen size bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower facilities were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, with a reasonable choice of food, including some lovely cheeses.

The hotel could improve the WiFi connection.

Pleasant excellent central hotel, its staff and location were very good. Twin room, exceptionally comfortable bed and amazing bathroom.

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Furthermore, it was near a bus stop. It was cosy hotel and we had a really nice stay.

Great location for sightseeing, breakfast had good coffee and continental options, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and some had beautiful canal views. a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel! The nice, clean and cozy rooms were perfect for vegetarians and vegans like us. The friendly staff made sure our dietary needs were met, and the nice breakfast offered a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The hotel's location, in a quiet part by the canal, was ideal for a peaceful stay. We also appreciated the modern and comfortable room, with beautiful views. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We felt safe walking at night and had no complaints whatsoever.

My room had an amazing view of the canal and the bed was comfortable. Although the room was a bit too small, it was cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it.
